These terms apply when you play Kaboomcano on this website or in our apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

The game

Kaboomcano is free to play. You can play as a guest with no account. We may change, pause or end features, events or the game.

Accounts (later)

Optional sign-in with Google, Apple or email may come later. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a display name that isn't offensive or someone else's identity. We can remove names that break these rules.

Age

Players under 13 may use guest mode only. You must be 13 or older to sign in, join leaderboards or join the waitlist. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Photos and your content

If you add photos to play with, they stay on your device. Only use photos you have the right to use. For photos of other people, get their OK first, and never use photos of kids. Clips you make are yours. If you share them publicly with our name or hashtag, you let us reshare them with credit, unless you ask us not to.

Be fair

Don't cheat, hack, bot, overload the service, or try to get around security. We can reset scores or suspend accounts that do.

Island Pass and purchases

The optional Island Pass ($2.99/month, price may change) gives cosmetics, no ads and bonus modes. It never gives a gameplay advantage. It renews until you cancel through Apple, Google or [PAYMENT PROVIDER], and their refund rules apply. Cosmetics you've earned stay yours after you cancel, as long as the game runs. Virtual items have no cash value.

Notifications

Notifications are opt-in and you can turn them off anytime.

Our stuff

The Kaboomcano name, art, sounds and code belong to us. Don't copy or resell them.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is." We try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always work or be error-free.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months (or $10 if you paid nothing). [LAWYER: review for each launch country.]
